Using dried flowers and roots from an Ontario garden, you will learn how to mordant, dye and modify wool yarn to achieve different hues from the same plants. We will be working with marigolds, coreopsis and madder. By the end of the session each participant will have a 100gm/3oz ball of worsted yarn dyed into a multitude of tones.
Jennifer will be the presenter at the March meeting, and has agreed to this workshop before the meeting.

Workshop is limited to 15 participants, please register early.
This class has a minimum number of 8 participants to proceed. If this number is not reached we’ll let you know about a week before the start of class. You will be refunded your full registration.
***Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel their registration up to 1 month prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. A participant who finds a replacement for his/her spot within 1 month prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 1 month of workshops (with no replacement found) and “no-shows” will not be refunded. If the Guild cancels a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be refunded.
